		<description>In the end it all boils down to a trust system. I use a creative commons license on most of my stuff yet I have found violations of my works. It boils down to doing the right thing. I think in principle it is a great thing. It make a quick easy licensing system that you dont need a lawyer or a big application process. Even Flickr has added CC as a licensing model.</description>
